• Hi, I’m Karime, a self-taught digital (fan)artist from Mexico. I enjoy exploring different styles and techniques while continuing to learn and improve every day.

For now, I only accept commissions through Ko-fi, with payments made via PayPal or Stripe.
Before ordering, please check my Ko-fi listings (CLICK HERE). Depending on my workload, certain slots and listings may be available.


✧ Steps to Order a Commission
1. Read my Terms and Conditions before placing your order.
2. Go to my Ko-fi page and select the listing of your choice.
3. If you have any questions, feel free to message me on Ko-fi or via Twitter/X [@musaenferma].
✧ What I Need From You
* Clear references of the characters, outfits, and/or scenarios.
* A description or reference of the pose, expression, and/or interaction.
* As many details as possible about what you expect from the illustration.
✧ Payment
* Payment is 100% upfront.
* Once received, I will contact you to confirm details and start working on your commission.
✧ Final Delivery
* The final artwork will be delivered through Ko-fi, in JPG, 300 DPI, HQ and the agreed dimensions (unless another format has been discussed).
* Unless otherwise requested, the finished artwork may be showcased in my online portfolio.

✧ Entrega del trabajo final
* El resultado se entrega por Ko-fi, en formato JPG, 300 DPI, HQ y en las dimensiones acordadas (salvo que se convenga otro formato).
* A menos que se indique lo contrario, la ilustración final podrá mostrarse en mi portafolio.

  I. Copyright and Usage

  • I, the artist, retain full copyright over my artwork.

  • All commissions are for personal use only, not commercial.

  • For commercial use (prints, merchandise, promotion of services/products, monetized platforms, etc.), prior agreement is required. A commercial license fee equal to a percentage of the commission price (in addition to the original cost) will be applied depending on the intended use.

  • You may repost your commission on non-monetized platforms as long as:

  • Proper credit is given (link to my Ko-fi or X/Twitter).

  • My watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.

  • Prohibited actions:

  • Altering my work without permission (except cropping/resizing for icons or headers).

  • Uploading my work to AI training/alteration platforms or blockchain/NFTs.

  • Tracing, using my work as a base, or reusing parts of it.

  • Claiming the artwork as your own.


  II. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

  • Payment is upfront via Ko-fi (USD) or bank transfer (MXN).

  • Currency conversion fees are the client’s responsibility.

  • Once accepted, you have 24 hours to complete payment. Non-payment will result in cancellation.

  • Work begins only after payment is confirmed.

  • Chargebacks are not allowed; attempting one will result in immediate blacklisting.

  • Refund Policy:

  • Before work starts: 100% refund.

  • During sketch stage: 70% refund.

  • After lineart/flat colors: no refund.

  • If I cancel due to inability to complete, you will receive a full refund.


  III. CONTACT & COMMUNICATION

  • Communication will be through Ko-fi DMs, email (necromancia[at]gmail.com), or Twitter/X (@musaenferma).

  • Clear references are required (front view, outfits, colors, etc.), and must not be AI-generated.

  • Harassment, spam, or unprofessional behavior will result in commission cancellation.


  IV. What I Will / Won’t Draw

  V. WORKFLOW

  • I work best with clear instructions, but I can also work with artistic freedom if preferred.

  • Standard delivery time: up to 2 weeks (any delay will be communicated).

  • Express deadlines (3–5 days) available with an additional fee (see add-ons).

  • WIPs are provided during the sketch stage (includes 3 major revisions; additional ones +$5 USD).

  • No major changes allowed after the sketch is approved.

  • Mistakes on my part will be corrected free of charge.

  • The final file will be delivered in JPEG, 300 DPI, HQ, and agreed dimensions, unless another format is arranged. Delivery will be via Ko-fi and Google Drive link.

  • Unless the client specifies otherwise, the final artwork will also be displayed in my online portfolio.


  ⚠️Final Note
These Terms may be updated at any time, but changes will not apply retroactively to ongoing commissions.
Breaking these rules will result in blacklisting and report.

  I. Derechos y Uso de la Obra

  • Yo, la artista, conservo todos los derechos de autor sobre mis ilustraciones.

  • Todas las comisiones son para uso personal únicamente y no comercial.

  • Para uso comercial (impresiones, mercancía, promoción de productos/servicios, monetización en redes, etc.) se debe acordar previamente. Dependiendo del tipo de uso, se aplicará una licencia comercial con un porcentaje del precio de la comisión, adicional al costo original de la obra.

  • Puedes repostear tu comisión en plataformas no monetizadas siempre que:

  • Des crédito (enlace a mi Ko-fi o X/Twitter).

  • Mi marca de agua/firma permanezca intacta y sin alterar..

  • Acciones prohibidas:

  • Alterar la obra sin permiso (excepto recortar/redimensionar para iconos o headers).

  • Subir mi trabajo a plataformas de IA, blockchain o NFTs.

  • Calcar, usar mi obra como base o reutilizar partes.

  • Reclamar la obra como propia.


  II. Pagos y Reembolsos

  • Pago por adelantado vía Ko-fi (USD) o transferencia bancaria (MXN).

  • Los costos por conversión de divisas corren por cuenta del cliente.

  • Una vez aceptada la comisión, el cliente tiene 24 horas para completar el pago; de no hacerlo, el pedido será cancelado.

  • El trabajo comienza únicamente después de confirmar el pago.

  • No se permiten contracargos; hacerlo implica inclusión inmediata en blacklist.

  • Política de reembolsos:

  • Antes de comenzar: reembolso completo.

  • Durante etapa de boceto: 70% de reembolso.

  • Después de líneas/color plano: no hay reembolso.

  • Si yo cancelo la comisión por imposibilidad de completarla, el reembolso será del 100%.


  III. CONTACTO Y COMUNICACIÓN

  • Canales: mensajes en Ko-fi, correo (necromancia[at]gmail.com) o Twitter/X (@musaenferma).

  • El cliente debe proporcionar referencias claras (vista frontal, atuendos, colores, etc.), no generadas por IA.

  • Cualquier conducta de acoso, spam o comportamiento no profesional resultará en la cancelación de la comisión.

  • Trabajo mejor con instrucciones claras, pero también puedo crear con libertad artística si lo prefieres.

  • Tiempo estándar de entrega: hasta 2 semanas (cualquier retraso será comunicado).

  • Plazos express de 3 a 5 días disponibles con cargo extra (ver add-ons).

  • Envío de WIPs en etapa de boceto (incluye 3 revisiones grandes; adicionales +$5 USD).

  • No se permiten cambios mayores después de aprobar el boceto.

  • Corregiré sin costo cualquier error que sea de mi parte.

  • El archivo final se entregará en formato JPEG, 300 DPI, HQ y con las dimensiones acordadas, salvo que se convenga otro formato. Será enviado por Ko-fi y Google Drive.

  • A menos que el cliente lo solicite, la obra terminada será mostrada en mi portafolio online.
