  • Hi, I’m Karime, a self-taught digital (fan)artist from Mexico. I enjoy exploring different styles and techniques while continuing to learn and improve every day.

  • My illustrations are often inspired by K-pop, videogames, and original characters, but I’m always happy to bring any special idea to life.

  • I’m still growing as an artist, but my current dream is to be able to express and recreate my inner world, and share my own vision of beauty through my illustrations.

  • I speak Spanish, English, and Korean, and I love connecting with creative people from all around the world.

1. Read my Terms of Service before placing your order.
2. Check my Commission Sheet and Price List (see image/text above).
3. Fill out the Commission Request Form with all the required details.
4. Once I receive your form, I will contact you directly to confirm the information, discuss details, and send you a final quote.✧ What I need from you

♡ Una vez recibido el pago, comenzaré a trabajar en tu comisión.✧ Entrega y Seguimiento
♡ La ilustración terminada se entregará en JPG, 300 DPI, HQ y en las dimensiones acordadas (a menos que se haya discutido otro formato).
♡ Una vez iniciado el trabajo, recibirás por email acceso a un archivo de seguimiento en Excel, donde podrás revisar el estado de tu comisión en cualquier momento.
♡ El tiempo máximo de espera para la entrega es de 2 semanas (14 días naturales).

  I. Copyright and Usage

  • I, the artist, retain full copyright over my artwork.

  • All commissions are for personal use only, not commercial.

  • For commercial use (prints, merchandise, promotion of services/products, monetized platforms, etc.), prior agreement is required. A commercial license fee equal to a percentage of the commission price (in addition to the original cost) will be applied depending on the intended use.

  • You may repost your commission on non-monetized platforms as long as:

  • Proper credit is given (link to my website or X/Twitter).

  • My watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.

  • Prohibited actions:

  • Altering my work without permission (except cropping/resizing for icons or headers).

  • Uploading my work to AI training/alteration platforms or blockchain/NFTs.

  • Tracing, using my work as a base, or reusing parts of it.

  • Claiming the artwork as your own.


  II. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

  • Payment is upfront via PayPal (USD).

  • Currency conversion fees are the client’s responsibility.

  • Once accepted, you have 24 hours to complete payment. Non-payment will result in cancellation.

  • Work begins only after payment is confirmed.

  • Chargebacks are not allowed; attempting one will result in immediate blacklisting.

  • Refund Policy:

  • Before work starts: 100% refund.

  • During sketch stage: 70% refund.

  • After lineart/flat colors: no refund.

  • If I cancel due to inability to complete, you will receive a full refund.


  III. CONTACT & COMMUNICATION

  • Communication will be through email ([email protected]).

  • Clear references are required (front view, outfits, colors, etc.), and must not be AI-generated.

  • Harassment, spam, or unprofessional behavior will result in commission cancellation.


  IV. What I Will / Won’t Draw

(I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason. If payment has been received but work has not started, a full refund will be issued.)


  V. WORKFLOW

  • I work best with clear instructions, but I can also work with artistic freedom if required.

  • Once the work begins, the client will be given access (via email) to an Excel tracking file, where they can check the status of their commission at any time.

  • Standard delivery time: up to 2 weeks (14 calendar days). Any delay will be communicated.

  • Express deadlines (up to ~4 days) are available for an additional fee of 25% of the total cost of the commission.

  • WIPs will be provided during the sketch stage.

  • Unlimited revisions are allowed during the sketch stage.

  • Up to 3 major revisions are included during the flat color or pre-render stage. Additional revisions +$5 USD each.

  • No further revisions will be accepted once the rendering stage begins.

  • Mistakes on my part will always be corrected free of charge.

  • The final file will be delivered in JPG, 300 DPI, HQ, and agreed dimensions, unless another format is arranged. Delivery will be via email and Google Drive link.

  • Unless the client specifies otherwise, the final artwork will also be displayed in my online portfolio.


  ⚠️Final Note
These Terms may be updated at any time, but changes will not apply retroactively to ongoing commissions.
Breaking these rules will result in blacklisting and report.

  I. Derechos y Uso de la Obra

  • Yo, la artista, conservo todos los derechos de autor sobre mis ilustraciones.

  • Todas las comisiones son para uso personal únicamente y no comercial.

  • Para uso comercial (impresiones, mercancía, promoción de productos/servicios, monetización en redes, etc.) se debe acordar previamente. Dependiendo del tipo de uso, se aplicará una licencia comercial con un porcentaje del precio de la comisión, adicional al costo original de la obra.

  • Puedes repostear tu comisión en plataformas no monetizadas siempre que:

  • Des crédito (enlace a mi website o X/Twitter).

  • Mi marca de agua/firma permanezca intacta y sin alterar..

  • Acciones prohibidas:

  • Alterar la obra sin permiso (excepto recortar/redimensionar para iconos o headers).

  • Subir mi trabajo a plataformas de IA, blockchain o NFTs.

  • Calcar, usar mi obra como base o reutilizar partes.

  • Reclamar la obra como propia.


  II. Pagos y Reembolsos

  • Pago por adelantado vía PayPal (USD).

  • Los costos por conversión de divisas corren por cuenta del cliente.

  • Una vez aceptada la comisión, el cliente tiene 24 horas para completar el pago; de no hacerlo, el pedido será cancelado.

  • El trabajo comienza únicamente después de confirmar el pago.

  • No se permiten contracargos; hacerlo implica inclusión inmediata en blacklist.

  • Política de reembolsos:

  • Antes de comenzar: reembolso completo.

  • Durante etapa de boceto: 70% de reembolso.

  • Después de líneas/color plano: no hay reembolso.

  • Si yo cancelo la comisión por imposibilidad de completarla, el reembolso será del 100%.


  III. CONTACTO Y COMUNICACIÓN

  • La comunicación será por medio de email ([email protected]).

  • El cliente debe proporcionar referencias claras (vista frontal, atuendos, colores, etc.), no generadas por IA.

  • Cualquier conducta de acoso, spam o comportamiento no profesional resultará en la cancelación de la comisión.

  V. PROCESO DE TRABAJO

  • Trabajo mejor con instrucciones claras, pero también puedo trabajar con libertad creativa si es necesario.

  • Una vez que el trabajo comience, el cliente tendrá acceso (por correo electrónico) a un archivo de seguimiento en Excel, donde podrá revisar el estado de su comisión en cualquier momento.

  • Tiempo estándar de entrega: hasta 2 semanas (14 días naturales). Cualquier retraso será comunicado.

  • Plazos exprés (hasta ~4 días) están disponibles con un costo adicional del 25% del costo total de la comisión.

  • Se enviarán avances (WIPs) durante la etapa de boceto.

  • Se permiten revisiones ilimitadas durante la etapa de boceto.

  • Se incluyen hasta 3 revisiones mayores durante la etapa de color plano o previo al renderizado (revisiones adicionales +$5 USD cada una).

  • No se aceptarán más revisiones una vez que comience la etapa de renderizado.

  • Los errores de mi parte siempre serán corregidos sin costo.

  • El archivo final se entregará en JPG, 300 DPI, HQ y con las dimensiones acordadas, a menos que se pacte otro formato. La entrega será por correo electrónico y enlace de Google Drive.

  • A menos que el cliente especifique lo contrario, la obra final también será mostrada en mi portafolio en línea.


  ⚠️Nota final:
Estos términos pueden actualizarse en cualquier momento, pero no afectarán comisiones en curso.
Romper estas reglas resultará en inclusión en lista negra y reporte.
