My illustrations are often inspired by K-pop, videogames, anime and original characters, but I’m always happy to bring any special idea to life.

TERMS OF SERVICE

  I. GENERAL

  • My business days are: Monday to Friday. I do NOT work on commissions during weekends.

  • My Turn Around Time is of 14 days for regular commissions. *For SKEB type commissions TAT is 7 days.

  • I work best with clear instructions, but I can also work with artistic freedom if required.

  • Clear references are required and must not be AI-generated.


  II. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS & USE

  • I, the artist, retain full copyright over my artwork. I, the artist, may use my artwork for personal purposes like self promotion, portfolio, social media posts and streaming unless a NDA is setted (with an extra fee).

  • All commissions are for personal use only, unless a commercial license is purchased. *No commercial licenses are offered for SKEB type commissions.

  • For commercial use prior agreement is required. A commercial license fee equal to a percentage of the commission price (in addition to the original cost) will be applied depending on the intended use.

  • You may repost your commission on social platforms as long as:

  • Proper credit is given (link to my website, VGen account or X/Twitter).

  • My watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.

  • Prohibited actions:

  • Altering my work without permission, except cropping/resizing for icons or headers with proper credit.

  • Uploading my work to AI training/alteration platforms or blockchain/NFTs.

  • Tracing, using my work as a base, or reusing parts of it.

  • Claiming the artwork as your own.


  III. COMMUNICATION

  • Communication will be through VGen platform, discord or email ([email protected]).

  • I answer messages from 9 AM to 9 PM Mexico City Time.

  • Harassment, spam, or unprofessional behavior will result in commission cancellation.


  IV. WHAT I DO / DON'T DO DO:

(I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason. If payment has been received but work has not started, a full refund will be issued.)


  V. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

  • Payment is 100% upfront.

  • For payments over 60 USD, a payment plan may be arranged upon request and prior agreement.

  • Once accepted, you have 24 hours to complete payment. Non-payment will result in cancellation.

  • Work begins only after payment is confirmed.

  • Refund Policy:

  • Before work starts: 100% refund.

  • During sketch stage: 70% refund.

  • After lineart/flat colors: no refund.

  • If I cancel due to inability to complete, you will receive a full refund.

  • SKEB commissions don't offer any refund once the work has started unless it is due to inability to complete.


  VI. REVISIONS

  • WIPs will be provided during the sketch stage and flat coloring or greyscaling stage.

  • Unlimited revisions are allowed during the sketch stage.

  • Up to 3 major revisions are included during the flat color or pre-render stage. Additional revisions +$5 USD each.

  • No further revisions will be accepted once the rendering stage begins.

  • Mistakes on my part will always be corrected free of charge.

  • There are no WIPS nor revisions for SKEB commissions.


  VII. DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

  • Standard delivery time: up to 14 business days (7 days for SKEB commissions). Any delay will be communicated.

  • Express deadlines (from 2 to 4 days) are available for an additional fee.

  • The final file will be delivered in JPEG or PNG, 300 DPI, HQ, and 2000x2500px dimensions, unless another format is requested.

  • Delivery will be via VGen platform and Google Drive link.

  • The final work will be showcased on my social media and/or portfolio unless a NDA is arranged (with an extra fee).


  ⚠️Final Note
These Terms may be updated at any time, but changes will not apply retroactively to ongoing commissions.
Proceeding with the commission request is an automatic agreement of these Terms of Service.
Breaking these rules will result in blacklisting and report.

  I. GENERAL

  • Mis días laborales son de lunes a viernes. No trabajo en comisiones durante fines de semana.

  • Mi tiempo de entrega promedio es de 14 días. *Para comisiones del tipo SKEB, el tiempo de entrega es de 7 días.

  • Trabajo mejor con instrucciones claras, aunque también puedo usar libertad artística si se solicita.

  • Se requieren referencias claras y no generadas por IA.


  II. USO Y DERECHOS DE AUTOR

  • Yo, la artista, conservo todos los derechos de autor sobre mi trabajo.

  • Puedo usar mis obras con fines personales (promoción, portafolio, redes sociales o streams), a menos que se acuerde un acuerdo de confidencialidad (con tarifa adicional).

  • Todas las comisiones son para uso personal, salvo que se compre una licencia comercial. *No hay licencias comerciales para comisiones del tipo SKEB.

  • El uso comercial requiere acuerdo previo y se cobrará una tarifa adicional basada en un porcentaje del precio original según el tipo de uso.

  • Puedes repostear tu comisión en redes sociales si:

  • Das crédito apropiado (enlace a mi sitio web, cuenta de VGen o X/Twitter).

  • Mi marca de agua o firma permanece intacta.

  • Acciones prohibidas:

  • Alterar mi trabajo sin permiso (excepto recortar/redimensionar con crédito).

  • Subirlo a plataformas de entrenamiento o edición con IA o blockchain/NFTs.

  • Trazar, usarlo como base o reutilizar partes.

  • Reclamarlo como propio.


  III. COMUNICACIÓN

  • La comunicación será por VGen, discord o email ([email protected]).

  • Respondo mensajes de 9 AM a 9 PM (hora CDMX).

  • El acoso, spam o comportamiento poco profesional causará la cancelación de la comisión.

(Me reservo el derecho de rechazar cualquier comisión por cualquier motivo. Si ya se recibió el pago y no he comenzado, se devolverá en su totalidad.)


  V. PAGOS Y REEMBOLSOS

  • El pago es 100 % por adelantado.

  • Para pagos mayores a 60 USD, puede acordarse un plan de pago con previo acuerdo.

  • Una vez aceptada la comisión, tienes 24 h para completar el pago. Si no se recibe el pago, la comisión se cancela.

  • El trabajo inicia solo tras confirmar el pago.

  • Política de reembolso:

  • Antes de empezar: 100%.

  • Durante el boceto: 70%.

  • Después del lineart o color base: sin reembolso.

  • Si yo cancelo por cualquier motivo, recibirás reembolso completo.

  • No hay reembolsos para comisiones tipo SKEB una vez que el trabajo haya comenzado a menos que sea debido a la cancelación de mi parte.


  VI. REVISIONES

  • Enviaré avances durante las etapas de boceto y color base. Revisiones ilimitadas durante el boceto. Hasta 3 revisiones mayores durante el color base o previo al render. Revisiones extra: +$5 USD cada una.

  • No se aceptan cambios una vez iniciado el render.

  • Los errores míos se corrigen sin costo.

  • No hay WIPs ni revisiones para las comisiones tipo SKEB.


  VII. PLAZOS Y ENTREGA

  • Entrega estándar: hasta 14 días hábiles (7 días para comisiones tipo SKEB). Se notificará cualquier retraso.

  • Plazos urgentes: de 2 a 4 días con tarifa adicional.

  • El archivo final se entrega en JPEG o PNG, 300 DPI, HQ, 2000×2500 px, salvo que se acuerde otro formato.

  • Entrega vía plataforma de VGen y enlace de Google Drive.

  • La obra podrá mostrarse en mis redes o portafolio, salvo que haya un acuerdo de confidencialidad (con un costo extra).


  ⚠️Nota final:
Estos Términos pueden actualizarse en cualquier momento, pero los cambios no afectarán comisiones en curso.
Al proceder con una comisión, aceptas automáticamente estos Términos de Servicio.
Cualquier incumplimiento resultará en bloqueo y reporte..
